No Unsubstantiated or Superlative Claims: In accordance with DHCC Advertisement Policy (PP/AD/001/01) and DHA Standards, we do not utilize exaggerated, superlative, or misleading terminology in our ad copy or landing pages (including terms such as "miraculous", "magic", "guaranteed results", "100% success", "instant cure", or unsubstantiated "best clinic" assertions).
No Outcome Guarantees: Medical and aesthetic treatments carry inherent biological variability. We explicitly make no guarantees regarding individual treatment results or timelines.
Prescription Medication Advertising Restriction: Public-facing promotional materials and Google Search campaigns refrain from advertising specific prescription-only medication brand names, using generalized clinical terms such as Physician-Supervised Weight Management or Botulinum Toxin Treatments where applicable.

Mandatory Initial Face-to-Face Consultation: Initial assessments must be conducted face-to-face in our clinic by a licensed practitioner. Remote or home-visit clinical assessments for non-surgical cosmetic procedures are strictly prohibited.
Mandatory One-Day Cooling-Off Period: To protect patient autonomy and encourage informed decision-making, Pallidus Polyclinic enforces a mandatory minimum one-day cooling-off period (no non-surgical cosmetic treatment on the day of initial consultation). This affords patients adequate time to evaluate procedure risks, benefits, and alternatives.
Age Eligibility Restrictions:
Patients under 18 years of age will not be considered for non-surgical cosmetic procedures unless clinically justifiable, requiring mandatory formal referral to a licensed clinical psychologist or psychiatrist and full written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Cosmetic Botulinum Toxin (Botox) and Dermal Fillers are strictly prohibited for any individual under 18 years of age.
Informed Written Consent: Prior to undergoing any invasive, minimally invasive, or high-risk procedure, patients must sign a comprehensive, procedure-specific written consent form (in Arabic and English) detailing the procedure steps, expected benefits, material risks, potential complications, alternative options (including no treatment), and full financial costs. Consent is reconfirmed on the day of the procedure.
Photography & Media Consent: Any capture or public use of patient photographs, video footage, or written statements for educational or promotional purposes requires separate, explicit written consent. Clinical before-and-after photographs are unedited, taken under standardized conditions, and accompanied by explicit disclaimers stating that individual clinical results vary.
5. Financial Terms & Cancellation Policy
Fee Transparency: All treatment fees, consultation charges, and potential co-payments are fully disclosed to the patient prior to commencing any diagnostic or therapeutic procedure.
Insurance & Self-Pay: Patients are responsible for verifying whether their specific insurance policy covers requested treatments or whether procedures are provided on a self-pay basis.
